Terms of Service

A. GENERAL
1.I reserve the right to refuse any commission at my discretion.
2.Client ensure that they are above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods.
3.Keep in contact with me and provide feedback or acknowledge every time an update is sent.
4.At this time, I am only accepting commissions with a completed PSD.B. PAYMENTS
1.Full Payment only.
2.PayPal / Wise Payment only.
3.Payment is required in advance. An invoice will be issued once the project details are confirmed, and the invoice will remain valid for two (2) days. If payment is not completed within this period, the commission will be automatically cancelled.C. REVISIONS
1.Minor revision can be done for free within the first 2 weeks after the test model has been delivered.
2.Major revision will cost extra fee. (ex: change of clothes, additional animations, additional expressions, changing animations, change of more than 10% of the model's layers.)
3.Any form of revision after the first 2 weeks will cost extra fee.D. RUSH ORDER AND DELIVERY
1.A rush order may be requested for an additional 50% of the total service fee. Rush orders are subject to availability. Coffebred will notify the client within 3 days of receiving the rush order request whether the request can be accommodated.
2. If Coffebred accept the rush order, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
3. If Coffebred are unable to accommodate the rush order, the client will be notified and no additional fees will be charged.
4.In the event that Coffebred is unable to meet the deadline, the client will be notified on the day of the deadline with a request for an extension. The client reserves the right to either grant or decline the extension request. If an extension is granted, the commission will proceed and be completed within the newly agreed timeframe. If an extension is declined, the client will be entitled to a refund. The refund amount will be determined in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined in section G. Coffebred reserves the right to request a reasonable extension period. The client's decision regarding the extension is final.E. MY USE
1.The rigging process and final product showcase may be posted on my social medias as a advertisement/ example / showcasing of my work. (unless other wise requested by client.)F. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1.Client may use the model for the following commercial purposes: (a) streaming and (b)social media graphics.
2.Other types of commercial use would need permission from the artist.
3.Client must give credits to the artist in their social media biographies, Twitch and/or Youtube channel descriptions. For example: Live2DRigger: coffebred.
4.Client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, claim, or credit the commissioned artwork as their own.
5.Client cannot resell the product without permission from me and their respective artist.
6.Client mat not use the work produced by the artist for NFT or crypto related works/or activities.
7.Client is not allowed to request for the .com3 file in order to make changes or updates to the model, For Corporate client, kindly contact me directly to discuss further.G. REFUNDS
1. Refunds are only available if work has not yet begun. Once work has started, all payments are non-refundable.
2. The sole exception is if I am unable to complete the order due to force majeure or circumstances entirely beyond my control. In such cases, a partial refund will be issued based on the stage of completion at the time of cancellation:Facial expressions in progress (work just started) → 80% refund
Facial expressions done (eyes & mouth) → 60% refund
Face angles & hair angles done → 40% refund
Body angles done → 20% refund
Work fully completed → no refundThe stage of completion will be determined solely by me and evidenced by proof of work provided to the client at the point of cancellation, which may include weekly progress updates already provided to the client or documentation of completed stages not yet shared. The partially completed project file (.cmo3) will be provided where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed depending on the nature of the circumstances. In the event that the file cannot be retrieved, only the refund will be issued.H. COMMUNICATION
1.Main communication method : Twitter / Discord / Email.
2.For Live2D commissions : Your Model Artist need to be open for communicating with the Rigger for fixes/adjustment of the artwork if needed. Within the project, the client is encouraged to form a chat group with the model artist and Live2D rigger for transparency and improved communication. If For any reason client cannot provide a chatgroup, coffebred will reach out to the Artist directly if needed.I.PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
1.Communication during the project should stay professional and focused on the commission. Messages unrelated to the project may not receive a response.
2.Harassment, disrespectful language, or behavior that crosses professional boundaries will result in the commission being cancelled without refund.
3.Coffebred will communicate professionally throughout the project, and the same standard is expected from the client.
